We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Items marked as final sale
- Perishable goods
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card provider first, as processing times may vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us and we will guide you through the process.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact us first for a return shipping address. You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from it.
